Job Description
Primary Role:
Perform customer service such as opening new accounts, processing transactions, assisting customers with inquires via the phone or face-to-face interaction, responsible for establishing new consumer and commercial relationships and maintain the existing relationships, cross-sell different products and services in other departments, and provide support for online and mobile banking products and services.Main Responsibilities:
1. Provide a wide range of customer service, including opening new accounts, explaining available products and services, and gathering customer information to process new and existing relationships. 2. Assist customers with routine account related requests such as: fund transfers, bank deposit products and service charges, ATM and debit card usage and limits, online banking troubleshooting, etc. 3. Actively refers loan, trust, insurance, and brokerage services to appropriate financial institution specialists. 4. Knowledge in bank teller operations and able to serve as a back-up teller when needed. 5. Expand knowledge on bank products and services offered by the financial institution. 6. Provide support for online and mobile banking products and services. 7. Perform all other duties assigned by supervisor.Requirements:
1. High School diploma or GED 2. Have knowledge in basic computer skills and Microsoft office. 3. Excellent sales and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to analyze and solve problems while maintaining composure. 5. Good oral and written communication skills. 6. Accurate and detail-oriented. 7. Must be able to work independently and with others.Pay:
