Teller / Personal Banker Woodward, IA Competitive Salary • Excellent Benefits Join our Team at Earlham Savings Bank! E arlham Savings Bank is seeking a friendly, motivated, and customer focused individual to join our team as a full time Teller / Personal Banker in our Woodward, Iowa office. Position Overview This position provides exceptional service to our customers by handling a variety of teller and personal banking responsibilities.
Teller responsibilities include:
Processing customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, loan payments, and account transfers Balancing a cash drawer daily Providing excellent customer service in person and over the phone Personal Banker responsibilities include: Assisting customers with opening and servicing checking, savings, money market, CD, IRA, and business accounts Answering questions regarding deposit accounts, debit cards, mobile banking, online banking, and other banking services Following all applicable policies and procedures, including OFAC and Regulation D requirements Qualifications The ideal candidate will: Deliver outstanding customer service with professionalism and a positive attitude Have a strong understanding of banking products and services Be willing to work at and provide support to other Earlham Savings Bank locations as business needs require Possess a high school diploma or GED (required) Have previous banking experience and/or a bachelor's degree (preferred) Work Schedule Monday through Friday, with rotating Saturdays Earlham Savings Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Member FDIC.

$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
