As one of the first faces our customers see, our Tellers play a key role in creating positive experiences every single day. What You'll Do As a Teller, you'll be part of our front-line service team — helping customers with everyday transactions, answering questions, and connecting them to the right products and people. Each day brings variety and opportunities to learn. Here's a look at what you'll be doing: Greet customers with a smile and assist with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments Provide answers to customer inquiries and guide them to the right department for more complex needs Spot counterfeit currency and ensure transactions are processed accurately Balance your cash drawer and vault, maintaining accuracy and accountability Prepare and track cashier's checks, money orders, and other banking documents Open and close accounts while ensuring all documentation is complete Cross-sell bank products and services that help customers achieve their financial goals Support daily branch operations including mail, phone calls, and general administrative tasks Follow all bank policies, regulations, and security procedures to ensure safety and compliance
Schedule:
20-25 hours per week. Main work location is Georgetown, but may periodically assist our Tilton and Chrisman Branches with staffing needs.Benefits:
