Job Description

Build relationships. Help customers. Grow your banking career. We're looking for a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Full-Time Teller to join our team! As a Teller, you'll be one of the first faces our customers see and an important part of creating a positive banking experience. You'll assist customers with their everyday banking needs, process transactions accurately, answer questions, and help connect customers with the products and services that can make banking easier. Banking experience is a plus, but great customer service skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn are just as important. What You'll Do Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, payments, and other teller transactions Accurately handle cash and maintain a balanced cash drawer Assist customers with questions about their accounts and banking services Learn our products and services and identify opportunities to connect customers with the right solutions Build positive relationships with customers and coworkers Follow bank security, cash-handling, identification, and dual-control procedures Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality Follow all applicable bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations Work as part of a team to provide an excellent customer experience Assist with other branch responsibilities as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable working with customers in a face-to-face environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer and keyboard skills Cash-handling experience preferred Previous teller or banking experience is a plus, but not required Ability to work during the branch's regular hours of operation Ability to speak Spanish helpful.
