What You'll Do As a teller at Citizens Community Bank, you'll be the welcoming face our customers see every day. You'll play a key role in creating positive, efficient, and secure banking experiences.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling deposits, withdrawals, and payments with accuracy and professionalism.
- Delivering exceptional service to customers and resolving basic inquiries.
- Balancing cash drawers daily and maintaining proper cash levels.
- Recognizing opportunities to refer customers to other banking services.
- Protecting customer information and complying with all bank policies.
- Working closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Supporting branch promotions and community events as needed.
