Do you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and making someone's day a little brighter? If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service, we'd love to meet you! As a Bank Teller , you'll be the welcoming face of our branch—helping customers with their everyday banking needs while building lasting relationships in the community. Every day brings new opportunities to make a positive impact, whether you're processing transactions, answering questions, or connecting customers with the products and services that fit their financial goals. What You'll Do Greet customers with a smile and provide outstanding service. Process deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently. Balance your cash drawer and maintain accurate records. Enter transactions into our banking system and provide receipts. Assist with ATM balancing and daily operations. Follow bank security procedures and ensure compliance with banking regulations. Identify customer needs and refer them to the appropriate banking specialist when additional products or services may help. Operate coin-counting equipment and assist with other branch operations. Additional Responsibilities (As Assigned) Manage and balance the branch vault. Order and ship cash. Supply tellers with cash throughout the day. Balance and replenish ATMs. Maintain accurate vault records and logs. We're Looking for
Someone Who Is:
Friendly, approachable, and enjoys helping others Accurate and detail-oriented Dependable and trustworthy Comfortable handling cash and technology A strong communicator with excellent customer service skills A team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED required Previous customer service or cash-handling experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person!
