About Us First Southern National Bank is a community and relationship-driven bank serving twelve counties throughout Central and Western KY. Key Responsibilities Provide full-service teller transaction processing in ordinance with company policy and standards. Adhere to bank policies, procedures and regulations, including the customer identification program, Reg CC, and BSA. Project excellent customer relations while delivering a positive banking/customer service experience. Inform and educate customers on products and services offered by First Southern, which would benefit the customer. Maintain product knowledge and expertise on First Southern products and services. Field customer service complaints and concerns, seek appropriate assistance, and follow up to ensure a complete and appropriate resolution. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a customer service role. Basic knowledge of banking products and services. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to adapt to changing technology and procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to maintain a high degree of discretion and confidentiality.
