Key Responsibilities Patrols:

Walk through the hotel inside and outside, checking doors, parking lots, and public areas to spot safety risks, theft, or damage.

Emergencies:

Handle urgent events like medical calls, fires, or security threats while staying calm and helping guests or workers.

Monitoring:

Watch security cameras and alarm panels to control building access and spot unusual activity.

Reporting:

Write clear, accurate incident reports and daily logs about safety issues or rule breaking.

Guest Service:

Answer guest questions and help solve problems in a friendly, polite way. What You Bring Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude. Excellent observational skills and attention to detail. Comfort operating CCTV/camera systems and gate control equipment. Ease with phones, computers, and basic reporting software or forms. Solid written communication for clear, accurate reporting. Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure. Reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent required; prior security or customer service experience preferred. Valid security guard license/certification, if required by your jurisdiction.
