We have a Unique opportunity to join our Branch team as a Full-Time Teller in our Sutton South Branch. Position Overview:
As a Teller, you will act as the primary front-line contact with our customers. You will provide accurate, efficient and pleasant service while performing all teller-related functions and presenting a friendly, professional image.
Primary Accountabilities:
Continually exceeds customer service expectations by offering excellent service, including greeting customers, smiling, using their name and building rapport with customers designed to generate customer loyalty. Services customers by processing all teller transactions quickly with minimal or no errors according to bank policy and procedures. Cross sells products and services and makes appropriate referrals to other staff members and departments to ensure customer needs are met. Demonstrates basic product knowledge, including handling customer inquiries as needed. Organizes and sets up workstation, including computer opening procedures, cash ordering and supplies. Verifies all transactions and proves cash drawer upon completion of assigned shift to ensure compliance with UniBank Teller Standards. Seeks assistance as needed to resolve proof discrepancies. Performs clerical duties including transaction and branch proof documentation. Processes night drop work as assigned. May assist the ATM Custodian with cash replenishment, ATM proof, and ATM maintenance and troubleshooting. Participate in community and networking events. Responsible for complying with on-site operational compliance, internal controls, security policies and procedures, assuring compliance with all laws, regulations and corporate policies including BSA reporting, CRA , and Regulation CC. Other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Education and Work Experience:

Final hourly offer will be determined based on a particular candidate's unique combination of factors such as skills, education, experience and certifications.
