This position can be full-time or part-time. The candidate must be willing to travel mainly between our various branches in Sussex County, DE (Millsboro and Ocean View) and Worcester County, MD (Berlin and Ocean Pines) as needed. The floating teller is responsible for assisting customers with in-branch transactions. This role requires significant flexibility, as the teller will rotate between different branches based on operational needs. This position is designed to build a strong foundation in banking and provide opportunities for advancement into a Customer Service Representative (CSR) role. The floating teller must maintain knowledge of each branch's procedures, systems, and team dynamics to ensure smooth transitions between assignments. A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and take on additional responsibilities is essential. Front Line Responsibilities Employee shall know, understand, and be held accountable for basic product knowledge, cash handling, transaction processing including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, savings bond redemption, end of day cashbox balancing, ATM & night deposit balancing, stop payments, and check holds. The teller is responsible for following teller procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance with guidelines. The teller is also responsible for communicating clearly with customers, providing excellent customer service, and presenting a professional and friendly demeanor. completion, OFAC verification, and Suspicious Activity Reporting.
