Job Description

Customer Service Representative (CSR) - Bear Lake Branch Full-Time | Bear Lake, MI Looking for a career where people matter? Honor Bank is looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Bear Lake team! Our CSRs are much more than transaction processors—they are often the first person our customers see and an important part of the relationships we build within our communities. If you enjoy helping people, learning new things, and being part of a team, we'd love to meet you. What You'll Do As a CSR, you'll help our customers with their everyday banking needs while creating a welcoming and helpful experience.
You will:
Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, email, and drive-thru Get to know customers, identify their needs, and connect them with the right banking solutions Help customers understand and confidently use Honor Bank products and services Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately and efficiently Balance cash drawers and assist with ATMs, vaults, and branch supplies Follow banking, security, and compliance procedures Use multiple computer programs throughout the day Research and resolve transaction corrections when needed Work together with your branch team and occasionally support other nearby Honor Bank locations What We're Looking For You may be a great fit if you are: Friendly, approachable, and genuinely enjoy helping people A strong communicator who can build relationships Dependable, organized, and attentive to details Comfortable learning and using technology Able to work independently while also being a great teammate Flexible and willing to occasionally travel to nearby branches Banking experience is a plus, but it is not required.
