Job Description

Position SummaryFirst National Bank & Trust is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full-Time Teller at our Iron River branch. The Bank Teller serves as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service while accurately processing a variety of financial transactions. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to all customers and visitors. Process routine banking transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and transfers. Balance cash drawer and maintain accurate transaction records. Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services. Promote bank products and services that meet customer needs. Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and security of customer information. Comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and cash-handling skills preferred. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
