Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented part time Teller to join our team at Wildfire Credit Union in Midland, Michigan. In this role, you will be vital in providing exceptional service to our members while processing transactions accurately. This position offers an opportunity to grow within a supportive community-focused environment and contribute to our mission of serving members with integrity. Responsibilities A key responsibility of this position is recommending credit union products and services that support members' financial well-being. Additional duties include accurately processing member transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and the issuance of cashier's checks and money orders. This role is also responsible for balancing daily transactions, verifying cash totals, and providing a variety of member services including account openings, certificates of deposit, wire transfers, and resolving account-related issues such as debit/credit card disputes and stop payments. The position also involves responding to member inquiries, performing account maintenance, actively referring credit union services, and supporting team members as needed—while consistently maintaining a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality.
