Job Description We are looking for a motivated, friendly, dependable teller to process all transactions accurately and efficiently in accordance with established policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be the "frontline" of our credit union and will play a fundamental role in achieving our member satisfaction. You must be comfortable with communicating with different types of members and performing financial transactions such as cash withdrawals, deposits, transfers, loan payments, balance daily transactions and cash drawer. You must be comfortable with explaining & promoting credit union products and services. Essential Job Functions Conduct credit union's routine transactions (cash checks, accept deposits and loan payments, process withdrawals etc.) Assess customer needs and introduce new products and services (credit cards, certificate of deposits, etc.) Crosssell products and services Go the "extra mile" to build trust relationships, customer loyalty and satisfaction Manage risk in every transaction and detect fraudulent transactions to prevent losses Resolve customers' issues and provide relevant information Skills Proven cash handling experience Basic PC knowledge Strong communication Customer satisfactionoriented Attention to detail and mathematical skills Detailed Job Duties Presented during Interview
