Job Summary Join our dynamic banking team as a Bank Teller, where you'll be the friendly face and trusted advisor for our valued customers. In this energetic role, you will handle daily cash transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and promote banking products to meet clients' financial needs. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster strong relationships and ensure smooth banking operations. Responsibilities Process cash transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring compliance with banking regulations. Manage cash drawer handling and cash management procedures with precision and integrity. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking products and services. Promote and upsell banking products such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets. Utilize banking software and Microsoft Office tools to record transactions, update customer accounts, and generate reports efficiently. Detect and prevent fraud by monitoring account activity for suspicious behavior and adhering to financial compliance standards. Build strong relationships with customers through relationship management techniques, fostering trust and loyalty over time. Skills Extensive knowledge of banking products, financial services, and industry regulations related to financial compliance. Proven experience in customer relationship management and delivering exceptional customer service. Strong understanding of loan origination processes, loan processing, and related financial transactions. Proficiency in banking software systems, Microsoft Office applications, and technical tools used in cash handling and cashiering. Excellent math skills including retail math, basic math operations, debits & credits, 10 key typing, and cash handling accuracy. Ability to detect fraud prevention signals and maintain high standards of financial security. Industry knowledge of financial regulations governing banking operations combined with industry expertise in financial compliance standards. $12.00 - $16.00 per hour
