As a Member Service Representative, you will help members with their everyday financial needs while creating experiences that reflect The North Star Community Credit Union Standards.

What You'll DoAs a Member Service Representative, you will:
Welcome members and provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and through digital channels.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
Assist members with account questions, products, and services.
Support members with online banking, debit cards, and electronic account access.
Balance your cash drawer and daily transactions while researching and resolving discrepancies.
Identify opportunities to recommend products and services that help members achieve their financial goals.
Maintain accurate records and follow all credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Support branch operations through administrative responsibilities, including answering phones, scanning, filing, and data entry.
Work collaboratively with teammates to deliver a consistent and professional member experience.
Represent North Star Community Credit Union with professionalism and a commitment to service excellence.
What We're Looking ForExperiencePrevious customer service, cash handling, retail, hospitality, or financial institution experience preferred.
Experience building relationships and providing exceptional service is highly valued.
EducationHigh School Diploma or GED required.
SkillsOutstanding customer service and communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Professional demeanor and commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using computers, technology, and financial systems.
Positive attitude and ability to work effectively within a team.
Ability to identify member needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
