POSITION SUMMARY
Under close supervision of management, the Member Service Representative I will focus on the unique opportunity to identify needs to enrich our members' lives. The Member Service Representative I conducts routine transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and payments, while proactively offering additional products and services. The Member Service Representative I focuses on initiating high-quality conversations to deepen member relationships and refers members for account opening, lending and other cross-sale opportunities as appropriate. Ownership of the experience is crucial as the Member Service Representative I will be a single point of contact to develop member relationships.
