Community Savings Bank is a small community bank located in Bethel, Ohio. CSB is looking for a customer service representative to join our front line staff at our Bethel office. We are looking for someone who can develop a relationship with customers and offer solutions to their concerns. This is a unique opportunity with a very attractive work environment, benefit program, and growth potential. Our customer service representatives are responsible for opening and closing accounts, handling deposits and withdrawals, mortgage payments, renewing CD's, and assisting customer with their other banking needs. You will be responsible for helping customers with their online banking and IRA questions as well as their debit card questions. You would be expected to work weekdays and some Saturdays.

Skills/Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, general education degree or equivalent
• Cash handling
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications
• Knowledge of administrative procedures
• Numeric, oral, and written language applications
• Product knowledge
• Customer service experience in retail or banking preferred
