In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients while handling various banking transactions. You will play a vital role in maintaining the bank's operations and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and financial services. Responsibilities Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments. Manage cash handling duties, ensuring that all transactions are recorded properly. Assist customers with inquiries regarding their accounts and provide information on banking products and services. Promote financial products through upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer relationships. Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to bank policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and improve overall customer experience. Utilize basic math skills to perform calculations related to transactions and account balances. Support loan origination processes by gathering necessary documentation from customers. Adherence to compliance with regulatory compliance requirements. Qualifications Previous experience in cash handling or working with a cash register is preferred. Strong understanding of financial sales principles and customer relationship management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Basic math proficiency for accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with financial services is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
