Customer Success Job Summary:

Our Bank Tellers are the face of our organization. We strive to consistently provide exceptional customer success with moments of amazement. This position is responsible for processing transactions, completing various financial operation functions, building quality professional relationships with customers and complying with policies and procedures.

Process transactions accurately Consistent execution of policies and procedures Daily bank reconciliations Other bank operations tasks Banking knowledge not required, but preferred Assist with other job-related duties as requested by supervisor/manager

Qualifications:

High School Graduate or High School equivalency Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management Work well individually and with a team while maintaining a positive attitude Must demonstrate a business professional image and demeanor Must be flexible and able to work additional hours when crucial to the bank This position may require long periods of standing or sitting and may include long periods of typing and repetitive motion. Candidates must possess the ability to lift and carry cash drawers, coin bags, and boxes sometimes weighing as much as 25pounds.
