What You'll Do Process routine customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and check cashing Balance and reconcile cash daily to ensure accuracy of all transactions Verify customer identity and follow all fraud prevention and security procedures Identify proper endorsements, payees, and signature requirements Determine when holds are necessary and apply according to policy Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency Greet customers in-person and at the drive-thru, creating a welcoming environment Handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with inquiries, and resolve account-related issues Identify customer needs and refer opportunities to Market Manager, Personal Banker, or Head Teller Cross-sell and promote appropriate bank products and services Maintain strong product knowledge to provide accurate information and solutions Build and retain customer relationships through consistent, high-quality service Assist with account maintenance tasks such as ordering checks and debit cards Enter and maintain data in Retail logs and systems Support digital banking inquiries and technical assistance Assist with scanning, indexing, and uploading documents Stay current on banking regulations, procedures, and security protocols

Requirements Required Qualifications Education:
