Develop competencies and certification/registrations necessary to assist branch leadership with lending or supervisory duties. Deliver the highest quality client experience through one-on-one engagement. Evolve and maintain technical expertise to support client questions regarding mobile/online banking, bill pay, external transfers and support chat services. Accurately process payments and received items, adhering to check holds and cash handling while in compliance with policies, procedures, and state/federal regulations. Ensure branch security procedures are followed at all times. Comply with assigned cash limits, check holds, wire transfer documentation and cash box balancing.
