Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teller/Member Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our members, providing exceptional service and support. You will play a crucial role in enhancing member satisfaction and loyalty by addressing inquiries, facilitating transactions, and promoting our financial products and services. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills and a passion for delivering a positive member experience. Duties Greet members warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding products and services. Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and operating cash registers. Utilize customer relationship management software to track interactions and manage member accounts. Educate members on financial services, loan origination, and loan processing options available to them. Conduct sales activities to promote financial products, ensuring alignment with members' needs. Perform basic math calculations to assist members with account balances, loan payments, and other financial queries. Maintain an organized workspace while ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures. Open Accounts/Build Relationships with our Members Qualifications Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred. Previous cash handling experience is preferred Strong basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with members. Ability to handle cash transactions responsibly and accurately. A proactive approach to problem-solving and member engagement.
