Responsibilities Process cash transactions with precision, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, ensuring accuracy in cash drawer handling and cash management. Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and guiding clients through banking products and services. Manage customer relationships effectively by identifying needs and offering tailored solutions to enhance their banking experience. Detect and prevent fraud through vigilant review of transactions and adherence to banking regulatory compliance standards. Promote banking products to meet customer needs. Utilize banking software and Microsoft Office tools efficiently to maintain accurate records and process transactions. Experience Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is highly desirable, especially within financial services or banking environments. Demonstrated proficiency with banking software, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills such as retail math and 10-key typing. Knowledge of financial compliance standards, including industry regulations related to fraud prevention, anti-money laundering (AML), and banking security protocols. Strong relationship management skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally across diverse customer interactions. Technical proficiency in using banking systems for transaction processing and record keeping is essential. Familiarity with industry knowledge of financial regulations ensures adherence to legal standards while delivering excellent service.
