Job Responsibilities:
Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical disabilities and conditions Develop individualized therapy plans to meet the needs of patients Accurately documenting progress toward objectives and communicating patient status and needs to the patient, the patient's family Monitor progress of patients and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans Supervise and guide physical therapy assistants and other support staff. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care Communicate with family members or patient responsible parties Ensure compliance with applicable safety and professional regulations Stay updated on advancements in physical therapy practices, techniques, and regulations.
Education and Qualifications:
Valid Pennsylvania state PT license Graduate of a APTA approved school for Physical Therapy
