Job Description

New Cumberland Federal Credit Union (NCFCU) is seeking a Full-Time Teller to join our team! Are you a highly motivated individual who enjoys delivering exceptional member service and wants to be part of the People Helping People movement? If so, we encourage you to apply today !

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional member service in all aspects of the role. Perform all functions related to branch operations and security. Assist members in person and by phone, accurately processing transactions and answering questions using current and factual information. Actively cross-sell NCFCU products and services to meet member needs. Maintain an accurate and balanced teller drawer at all times. Uphold member confidentiality and comply with all Credit Union policies and procedures.

Position Requirements:

Cash-handling experience strongly preferred. Ability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately with numbers. Commitment to providing quality member service and maintaining strict confidentiality. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team member.
