Member Service Representative I Full-Time | Uniontown Location Are you friendly, dependable, and ready to build a career with a growing, community-focused organization? What You'll Do As a Member Service Representative, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and personalized experience for our members. Every day is a little different, which makes this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, learning new skills, and working as part of a team.
Your responsibilities may include:
Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other account transactions Welcoming new members and assisting with opening accounts Helping members apply for loans and other financial services Assisting members with online and mobile banking Responding to account questions and resolving member concerns Answering phone calls and providing friendly, professional service Balancing and maintaining a cash drawer Participating in training and professional development opportunities Identifying members' financial needs and recommending appropriate products and services There are no traditional sales quotas . Instead, we focus on understanding each member's needs and helping them find the financial products and services that are right for them. Previous banking, finance, lending, or member service experience is strongly preferred, but it is not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn and grow.
