Job Description

General Summary of Primary Duties Applicants must have a positive and enthusiastic outlook. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work productively in a team environment. Primary responsibilities include providing exceptional member service and processing a wide variety of member transactions. Shift hours fall between 8:15am-6:05pm, approximately 25-30 hours per week, and rotating Saturdays. Flexible daytime availability and cash handling experience preferred.
Minimum Requirements Education:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Experience:
Up to six months of similar or related experience. Principle Duties • Serves members face-to-face, in drive-thru area, and possibly by phone contact. Responsibilities Greeting members with a smile Must be highly motivated, professional, pleasant and display a friendly attitude. Must be able to process basic financial transactions including cash, checks, money orders, and transfers. Ability to maintain confidential information. Manage an individual cash drawer. Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to interact with courtesy, discretion, and in a professional manner. Good organizational skills and time management skills. Must be detail oriented with a high degree of quality and accuracy. Able to work in a team environment. Scheduling flexibility required. •This position does not offer the option to Work Remotely.
