TENCU is seeking an energetic, member-focused Floating Teller who enjoys building relationships, providing exceptional service, and supporting multiple branch teams. As a Floating Teller, you'll be based at our Main Branch in Nashville while occasionally traveling to support branch operations throughout Middle and East Tennessee. What You'll Do With a commitment to delivering an exceptional member experience, you will: Process member transactions accurately and efficiently. Build meaningful relationships while providing outstanding service in person and over the phone. Support multiple branch locations as needed. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and branch needs. Learn and follow federal regulations, credit union policies, and procedures. Assist members with products and services that support their financial wellness. Utilize core computer systems and learn new technology with confidence.
