Job Description
A growing financial institution is seeking a Universal Banker to support branch operations and provide exceptional customer service. This role combines teller functions, account servicing, and relationship-building responsibilities in a customer-facing environment.
ResponsibilitiesProcess deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, wire transfers, remittances, and other banking transactionsOpen and maintain checking, savings, and certificate of deposit (CD) accountsBalance cash drawer and ensure accuracy of all transactionsAssist customers with account inquiries and service requestsIdentify customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and servicesSupport branch sales and customer outreach initiativesMaintain compliance with banking policies, procedures, and regulations
