Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented FT to join our team. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service and support in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial products and services, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships. You will assist clients with various banking transactions, ensuring accuracy and efficiency while promoting additional services. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Process loans and assist customers with loan applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate. Handle debits and credits efficiently while maintaining accurate records of transactions. Utilize retail math skills to assist customers with financial calculations as needed. Engage in upselling bank products and services that meet the needs of customers. Perform 10 key typing for data entry tasks related to customer accounts and transactions. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining compliance with banking regulations. Experience Previous experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred but not required. Strong skills in customer relationship management to foster long-term client relationships. Familiarity with loan processing procedures and financial sales techniques is advantageous. Proficiency in math, particularly in retail settings, to ensure accurate transaction processing. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
