The candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of transactional duties by receiving and disbursing funds with a high level of accuracy. Maintain precise records of all transactions and provide member services across savings, share draft/checking, and credit accounts. Support additional services such as issuing money orders, bank checks and cashier checks. Ensuring members receive efficient and professional service delivery. Process member transactions, including consumer loan payments, promptly, accurately, and efficiently. Maintain confidentiality and member service excellence. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift; reconcile totals with system-generated proof sheets, research discrepancies, and report unresolved issues to the supervisor. Ensure teller station is stocked with necessary forms, supplies, and brochures. Maintain current and comprehensive knowledge of credit union products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations, including robbery protocols. Any and all other duties as assigned. 7:45 am to 4:45 pm with a 1-hour lunch
