Wintrust Financial is seeking a Part Time Teller to join our Banking team. In this customer-facing role, you'll process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other transactions accurately while delivering friendly, knowledgeable service. You'll resolve account inquiries, promote appropriate banking products, and support branch sales goals. Responsibilities Process deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments accurately and efficiently Balance cash drawer and reconcile discrepancies at end of shift Provide exceptional customer service and resolve routine account inquiries Identify customer needs and refer banking products and services Adhere to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Assist with ATM, night depository, and vault transactions as needed Support branch sales and service initiatives Maintain confidentiality and safeguard customer information Required Skills Cash handling Customer service Banking regulations (e.g., Reg CC, BSA basics) Data entry and transaction processing Point-of-sale/banking teller systems Basic math and reconciliation Fraud awareness and loss prevention Sales and cross-selling Record keeping and documentation Verbal and written communication
