What You'll Do Greet members with warmth and genuine interest—every interaction matters. Handle a variety of financial transactions with precision and care. Listen closely to uncover member needs and connect them with the right teammates. Educate members on Summit's products and services to help them manage money more effectively. Keep branch operations running smoothly with attention to detail and timeliness. What You Bring At least one year of customer service or sales experience. A high school diploma or equivalent. Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for building rapport. Confidence in using Microsoft Office and basic math skills. A sharp eye for accuracy and a commitment to excellence.
