Description:

Full Time Bank Teller - On-site in Wisconsin Rapids - Temp to Hire Banking Customer Service Rep opening with our client in Wisconsin Rapids! This is a temp to hire position. We are looking for a customer service oriented individual to provide a welcoming experience for banking clients.

Will be responsible for:

Assisting customers with day-to-day banking transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, payments, transfers and cashing checks Providing high level of customer service by answering questions about accounts, banking products and services Referring customer to appropriate banking product or specialist as needed Balancing cash drawer daily Taking appropriate action in the case of suspicoius activity or potential fraud Complete requried documentation and reports Answering the telephone Duties may grow based on performance! Will work between the hours of 8:15am-4:55pm, Monday-Friday. Starting pay is $17.00/hour.

Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent Previous customer service and cash handling experience highly preferred Accurate data entry and typing skill Excellent communication skill Comfort working on computers and learning new programs Proven reliability Familiarity with general office equipment such as photocopier, fax machine, and multi-line telephone Ability to stand for long periods A criminal background check and credit check will be conducted.
