The payroll team has support, grants are reconciled monthly, consulting team has timely information, and our auditors have information timely. Our current controller is staying through the bulk of field work but there may be residual. We will have to file cost report timely to ensure we protect our reimbursement rates. Challenges include changing reimbursement structures, working with our RCM team and me to keep improvement projects moving forward. We use an A3 structure - along the lines of Six Sigma.
