About the Role We are seeking an experienced Automotive Accounting Controller to oversee all dealership accounting operations, financial reporting, and compliance. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle accounting, month-end/year-end closing, and general ledger reconciliations. Prepare and analyze accurate monthly dealership financial statements. Supervise accounting staff and monitor internal controls and dealership expenses. Collaborate with management and department heads to ensure financial compliance. Qualifications Proven experience in automotive dealership accounting (required). Deep understanding of dealership financial statements, payables, receivables, and payroll. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
