What We Offer $75,000-$85,000 annual salary Career growth opportunities Leadership opportunities Supportive team environment Exposure to financial planning, analysis, and special projects What You'll Do Manage daily cash positioning and cash flow forecasts Oversee accounts payable operations and controls Support month-end and year-end close Prepare and review financial reports and reconciliations Oversee prepaid expense schedules and amortization Review intercompany transactions Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Assist with audits and compliance activities Improve accounting processes, systems, and controls Provide leadership and support to accounting staff What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting Experience with month-end close and account reconciliations Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with accounting software systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred:

CPA, supervisory experience, master's degree, ERP experience, or experience in construction, manufacturing, service, healthcare, or multi-location organizations. Additional Requirements Must pass a criminal background check Must be able to occasionally lift up to 15 lbs.
