Oversee the accounts payable, accounts receivables, vendor-set-up, lease maintenance, rent statements and other tasks as directed. Looking for someone who has successfully moved upwards in their career in the real estate/property accounting field. Must have supervisory experience. We need someone who is a self-starter, self-motivated, collaborative, and professional team player. Very interesting work and room for growth. The CFO is an Ex-Big 4 CPA who is looking for her right hand.
