Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Finance Executive to join our team in Compton, California. In this role, you will support daily finance operations, work closely with vendors and internal teams, and coordinate with colleagues in China to ensure accurate and efficient financial and operational processes. Key Responsibilities Review and verify vendor invoices and Statements of Account (SOA) to ensure accuracy and proper documentation. Handle and follow up on accounts payable (AP) disputes with vendors. Coordinate with colleagues in China to complete daily operational data entry and reporting . Communicate fluently in English and Chinese to ensure smooth coordination between local and international teams. Organize, maintain, and archive local financial documents, contracts, invoices, and other business records . Ensure financial documentation is accurate, complete, organized, and traceable . Provide support with day-to-day finance and administrative tasks at the local office. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management. Requirements Fluent in both English and Chinese , with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages in a professional environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office , especially Excel and Word, as well as email and other office tools. Previous experience in finance, accounting, accounts payable, or logistics is preferred. Strong attention to detail and a high level of responsibility. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and cross-cultural environment . Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Why Join Us?
