Lead and oversee the farm accounting team and related financial reporting activities. Manage crop cost accounting, inventory tracking, cost accumulation, and farm allocations. Review inventory reconciliations and maintain accurate inventory reporting. Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, forecast costs, and explain variances. Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning for farm operations. Develop reporting tools, ERP queries, dashboards, and analytics to improve business visibility. Qualifications for the

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. 5+ years of accounting or finance experience within agriculture, manufacturing, or another inventory-intensive industry. Strong inventory accounting experience, including valuation, reconciliations, tracking, and financial reporting.
