CONTROLLER

| Deep Tech Startup | $150K-$170K Base Ready to build something from the ground up? I'm partnering with a venture-backed, high-growth deep-tech company that's developing breakthrough technology with the potential to transform critical infrastructure. Backed by significant investor funding and valued at over $300M, they're entering a major growth phase and looking for a hands-on Controller to help build a world-class accounting function. What makes this role exciting? Opportunity to rebuild and lead the accounting function Partner directly with the Interim CFO, executive leadership, and investors High visibility and strategic exposure Influence future systems, processes, controls, and team structure Remote/flexible work environment Fast-paced startup where your impact will be felt immediately What they're looking for: CPA required 15+ years of progressive accounting experience Controller, Assistant Controller, or senior accounting leadership background Strong US GAAP and financial reporting expertise Experience in manufacturing, industrial, engineering, robotics, hardware tech, aerospace, or similar sectors preferred Startup and/or venture-backed company experience strongly desired Cash management, forecasting, process improvement, and building scalable infrastructure experience This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys creating order from chaos, and wants a seat at the table as a company scales toward its next chapter of growth.
