Job Description:
Actively hiring Corporate Controller to build and lead the accounting function during a high-growth phase. This is a hands-on leadership role with visibility to executive leadership and direct impact on scaling the business. You'll own the close, reporting, and controls environment while helping implement an ERP system and support future M&A activity. Ideal for a Big 4-trained CPA or public company leader who thrives in fast-paced environments. Role is onsite
Orange County Compensation:
$200,000 - $250,000 + bonus + equity What You'll Do Own the monthly/quarterly close and deliver accurate, timely financials Lead
U.S. GAAP
reporting , including technical accounting (ASC 606, 842) Drive ERP selection and implementation Build and enhance internal controls (SOX readiness) Partner cross-functionally to improve financial visibility and decision-making Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Support SEC reporting and external audits Hire, develop, and scale a high-performing accounting team Support M&A and integration efforts What You Bring CPA required ; Big 4 or national firm background strongly preferred 5-10+ years of experience in public company or high-growth tech environments Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting Ability to write Ks and Qs Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and implementations Solid understanding of SOX and internal controls Proven ability to scale processes, shorten close, and improve reporting Hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves mentality with strong leadership skills Why Join High-impact role with direct exposure to executive leadership Opportunity to build and scale the accounting function Equity upside in a growing company Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
