Director of FP&A Company Description:
Our client, a large organization, is seeking a Director of FP&A with strong FP&A and operations finance experience. This individual will report directly to the CFO and mentor a small team, playing a key role in strengthening financial planning and reporting company-wide, with strong visibility to senior leadership. The ideal candidate must have operations finance or FP&A business partnering experience and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights for operational leaders.

Casual Work Environment Responsibilities:
Partner with business unit leaders to drive financial planning, forecasting, and variance analysis Deliver decision support and financial evaluation for initiatives at the unit and regional level Analyze operating results to identify trends and translate them into actionable recommendations Collaborate with operational leadership to capitalize on positive trends and address areas of underperformance Build and refine management reporting to support accountability and informed decision-making Develop and mentor a small team Serve as a direct partner to the CFO on strategic initiatives and special projects Support enhancement of financial processes and analytical capabilities company-wide Present financial performance updates and insights to operational and executive stakeholders Assist with budgeting and forecasting cycles across multiple business units Evaluate operational and financial risks and opportunities within a complex, multi-site environment Support ad hoc strategic and financial analysis as priorities evolve
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Construction or Construction Services experience is required Strong background in operations finance is required Demonstrated ability to partner with operational leaders and translate data into business recommendations Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling Experience mentoring or developing junior finance team members Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment your word document resume to Hayley.h@conexusrecruiting.com and reference the subject as Director of FP&A
