This individual will partner closely with the C-suite leadership team to strengthen financial discipline, enhance operational execution, and provide actionable insights that drive business performance. This role offers a path to CFO.
Job Summary:
The Corporate Controller will own financial reporting, forecasting, and operational finance while acting as a strategic partner to leadership. The role requires a proactive operator who can identify issues, build solutions, and drive measurable improvements across finance and operations.
Primary Duties:
Lead monthly financial close, reporting, and variance analysis Develop dashboards, forecasts, and management reporting tools to support decision-making Provide insights on revenue trends, utilization, profitability, and cash flow Identify and address gaps in processes, reporting, and operational rhythms Develop pricing and margin frameworks to enhance client profitability Partner with leadership on strategic decision-making and operational improvements Build and improve processes across finance, reporting, and systems Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes Coordinate with external advisors and support audit and compliance needs
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field CPA, MBA, or public accounting background preferred Consulting or professional services industry experience required Strong background in accounting, FP&A, and operational finance Experience managing project-based financials, including budgets and profitability Proven ability to operate in a hands-on, entrepreneurial environment
