Accounting Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) Lead month/quarter/year-end close Manage multi-entity & inventory/cost accounting Ensure GAAP compliance Coordinate audits and external partners Oversee tax filings and global staff Financial Planning & Procurement Manage budgeting and forecasting processes Analyze variances and key business drivers Support leadership with reporting and insights Track KPIs and improve profitability Oversee inventory, demand planning, and purchasing Supervise planning staff Process Improvement & Transformation Improve and standardize business processes Support ERP and system enhancements Implement automation and AI-driven efficiencies Drive continuous improvement initiatives

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required. CPA or MBA designation strongly preferred.
