About the Role The VP is responsible for leading capital strategy, investor relationships, and aligning investment execution with capital availability. This is a senior leadership role with direct impact on firm growth and performance. Who This Role Is For

Core Responsibilities:

Capital & Investor Leadership

• Lead firm-wide capital raising strategy
• Build and maintain institutional and high-net-worth investor relationships
• Secure capital for investments and platforms Investment Strategy Alignment
• Partner with acquisitions and leadership on investment decisions
• Align capital availability with deal pipeline Executive Representation
• Represent the firm in investor meetings and external engagements
• Lead senior-level negotiations and communications Team Leadership
• Build and lead investor relations and capital markets teams
• Establish standards, culture, and performance expectations Required Background
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience

Language Requirement:
