This role will shape a scalable accounting foundation, maintain reliable and audit-ready reporting, and provide strategic guidance that supports profitability and long-term business performance. The Controller will work closely with ownership and cross-functional leaders to strengthen financial visibility across operations, retail, hospitality, events, and future growth initiatives.
Responsibilities:

  • Own the annual budget cycle and ongoing forecasts while preparing monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports for leadership review.
  • Evaluate business results, track key performance indicators, and recommend actions that improve margin, efficiency, and overall performance.
  • Coordinate tax planning, regulatory compliance, and year-end review or audit preparation in partnership with external accounting advisors.
  • Mentor finance and accounting team members and collaborate with operational departments on expansions, new locations, and strategic projects.
