Controller

Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to oversee the financial operations of our organization. Duties Manage the general ledger, month-end close, and financial statement preparation accurately and timely. Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Prepare and review budget reports and forecasts. Prepares corporate required reports timely and accurately. Supervise accounting staff and provide mentorship and training, and supervises other departments as assigned. Maintain internal controls and assist with audit processes. Collaborate with other departments to support financial objectives and improve processes. Monitor cash flow and financial performance metrics, reporting variances and recommending improvements. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required. Minimum 4 Years of progressive accounting experience as a controller in a healthcare setting required. Behavioral health setting preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. Proficiency with accounting software, Word, Excel, and financial reporting tools. Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
