Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Financial Controller to lead our financial operations. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all accounting functions, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and drive financial strategy to support our growth. Your expertise will help maintain the integrity of our financial reporting while fostering a culture of accuracy and transparency. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of accounting operations, including general ledger accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing. Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles), IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), and other regulatory requirements. Oversee balance sheet reconciliation processes and conduct thorough account analysis to verify accuracy. Prepare detailed financial reports, including income statements, cash flow statements, and regulatory filings. Lead budgeting processes, financial forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial management. Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, and other financial management tools to streamline operations. Qualifications Proven experience in corporate accounting with a strong understanding of technical accounting concepts such as double entry bookkeeping, debits & credits, and account reconciliation. Extensive knowledge of

GAAP, IFRS, SOX

compliance, governmental accounting, and non-profit accounting practices. Hands-on experience with financial report writing, regulatory reporting, and financial analysis. Proficiency in accounting software including QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or similar platforms. Strong cash management skills with expertise in forecasting and account reconciliation processes. Ability to interpret complex financial data accurately and communicate findings clearly to stakeholders.
